Jeffrey Rothfeder is a veteran business journalist, formerly Editor-in-Chief at International Business Times, National News Editor at Bloomberg News, Executive Editor at Time Inc., Dept. Editor at Business Week, Editor at PC Magazine, Senior Editor at Strategy+Business Magazine and Special Correspondent at the Washington Post. His expertise covers a wide range of topics including corporate leadership and management, corporate culture, globalization, privacy, technology security, manufacturing and business and economic models.
Rothfeder has won numerous journalism awards including Excellence in Technology Writing, the Jesse H. Neal National Business Journalism Award and the American Society of Business Publications Editors award for feature writing. He has been a finalist for a National Magazine Award and was part of the team at Popular Science that won a National Magazine Award in 2004.

Attkisson is an Emmy award winning investigative journalist and author of the New York Times bestseller: “Stonewalled.”
She became a Washington-based correspondent for CBS News in January 1995. Prior to that, she co-anchored CBS News “Up to the Minute.”
Before joining CBS, Attkisson was an anchor and correspondent for CNN (1990-1993). From 1996-2001, in addition to her CBS News duties, Attkisson hosted a half-hour weekly medical news magazine on PBS entitled “HealthWeek.”
Prior to working on the national news, Attkisson was a reporter, anchor and/or producer at WTVT Tampa (1986-1990), WBNS Columbus, Ohio (1985-1986) and WTVX Ft. Pierce (1982-1985).

Drew and Chris are joined by Joseph Maciariello.
Professor Maciariello serves as Director of Research and Academic Director of the Drucker Institute. He prepared a twenty-eight volume curriculum comprised of 14 leader and 14 participant guides. The material consists of approximately 28 units of graduate work covering the Drucker body of knowledge. The project began in June of 2006 and was completed in December 2008. To date, the curriculum has been adapted for use in China, Japan, India, Brazil, and Bulgaria. These modular units are being updated constantly based upon user feedback. Most recent feedback has resulted in the addition of Drucker Internet video clips and CDs to each module to be used as leader and student resources.

Prior to starting Blue Point Niall worked for commercial banks, buy-side firms and consulting. Working for Crestar Bank and SunTrust Bank as a Credit & Risk Management Officer he underwrote over a $1 billion dollars of equipment financing transactions. As Blue Point’s Portfolio Manager, he leverages a keen understanding of the creative destructive cycle that governs innovation, 12-years of international experience and his understanding of the capital markets to add value for clients. Niall has often been quoted in the press by the Baltimore Business Journal, Baltimore Sun, Bloomberg, Citybizlist Baltimore, Financial Advisor, Markets Media and The Trade. He has been a radio show guest on VoiceAmerica’s Insightful Investor, and he has been a guest speaker at the Baltimore Business Journal, the Baltimore Family Office Group, the Carey School of Business, the Loyola University Financial Management Association, the Towson University Investment Group’s International Markets Summit and the Wednesday Club. As Adjunct Professor, he has taught “Investments and Equity Security Analysis” and “Financial Principles of Financial Management” at Towson University’s College of Business and Economics. Niall served as President of the CFA Society of Baltimore and now serves on the Board and the Program Committee. Niall founded the Society’s Baltimore Business Review and serves as the Co-Editor.

Richard Vague is currently one of the managing partners of Gabriel Investments and the Chairman of The Governor’s Woods Foundation, a non-profit philanthropic organization. He is also the author of The Next Economic Disaster, a book with a new approach for predicting and preventing financial crises. Previously, he was co-founder, Chairman and CEO of Energy Plus, an electricity and natural gas supply company operating in states throughout the U.S. that was sold to NRG Energy in 2011. Vague was also co-founder and CEO of two credit card companies – First USA, which grew to be the largest Visa issuer in the industry and which was sold to Bank One in 1997, and Juniper Financial, the fastest growing credit card issuer of the past decade, which was sold to Barclays PLC in 2004.

Mr. Bress has been practicing in the estate planning field since graduating law school and has been a principal member of Pessin Katz Law, P.A. since 1993. His broad-based tax background serves his clients well when drafting wills, administering estates and giving elder law planning advice.
Mr. Bress is an adjunct professor for the University of Baltimore where he teaches Elder Law in the law school, as well as Taxation in the school’s Masters and LLM Graduate Tax Program.
He has headed his law firm’s Estate and Elder Law departments over the years and represents clients throughout Maryland.
