Todd Boyle
Since 1996, Todd has had a role in the agency starting from filing, continuing on writing policies, servicing clients, to now running the everyday operations. Upon graduating from Towson University in 2001, Todd has been an agent that has extensive knowledge of personal, life and commercial insurance. While he spent a few years living with his wife, Chrissy, in Baltimore City, the majority of his life has been spent in Harford County and now their family resides in the Town of Bel Air.
Outside of the office, Todd is a member of the Bel Air Lions Club contributing help to their multiple fruit sales, 4th of July events and youth activities.

Serpe comes to Baltimore from the Princeton Area Community Foundation, where he served since 2002 as director of development and then executive vice-president, after beginning his community foundation career as gift planning officer and director of advisory services for the Silicon Valley Community Foundation. His earlier experience includes overseeing operations and sales for Chase Manhattan and Wells Fargo banks, before moving into fundraising positions at a San Jose (CA) community center and a regional office of the National Gay and Lesbian Task Force. Serpe graduated from SUNY Fredonia with a B.A. in economics and has earned a certificate in nonprofit management as well as a Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE) credential.

Martin Sandbu is the economics leader writer for the Financial Times. He has been a senior research fellow at the Zicklin Center for Business Ethics Research at the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, and a postdoctoral research fellow at the Earth Institute, Columbia University. Sandbu has written and lectured widely on economic policy, economic development and natural resources, business ethics, and political philosophy. His work has been published in academic journals in economics, philosophy, and political science, and he is the author of several policy reports. He has appeared on the BBC World Service, NPR Morning Edition, and CNBC and many other broadcast shows.Martin Sandbu's book Just Business: Arguments in Business Ethics has just been published by Prentice Hall. Sandbu has a B.A. in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from Balliol College, University of Oxford, and an A.M. and Ph.D. in Political Economy and Government from Harvard University.
